PAPER SUBMISSION
Researchers are invited to submit papers on computational methods in the area of spine imaging and image analysis. Authors of accepted papers will be presenting their work during the workshop.
Online Submission
Please submit online: CMT Submission System (System is closed)
Proceedings
All accepted papers will be published in a volume of the Springer Lecture Notes. A best paper will be awarded at the workshop.
Paper Review
All submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least 2 members on the program committee. Paper selection will be based on methodological innovation, technical merits, results, validation, and application potentials.
Paper Formatting
Full workshop papers should be limited to 12 pages and formatted in Lecture Notes in Computer Science style. Please refer to the submission format guidelines of MICCAI 2014 or the Springer LNCS authors’ information page for details. Submissions are to be anonymized by removing author and institutional information from the manuscript.
Challenge participants who evaluate previously published methods on challenge data are encouraged to submit short papers with 2-4 pages containing a brief method description and their challenge results.
Supplementary Materials
Supplementary material submission is optional. The materials may include videos of results that cannot be included in the paper, anonymized related submissions to other conferences and journals, and appendices or technical reports containing extended proofs and mathematical derivations. Proper references to the materials should be included in the paper. The reviewers are not obligated to look at the materials.
Camera-Ready Submission
Please upload a single zip file including: 1. A completed copyright form, 2. A copy of the manuscript in PDF, 3. A suggestion for an abbreviated running head, and 4. All source files needed to generate the manuscript (i.e., a Word file or a .tex file with all figures, style files, font files, bibliography file, etc.).
Double-Submission Policy
When submitting a paper, the authors implicitly acknowledge that NO paper of substantially similar content has been or will be submitted elsewhere. This policy does not apply to short challenge papers which evaluate a previously published method.
